Selecting the Correct Company and Agent


Choose the appropriate company from the list


Assign the correct agent to the customer


Filling Out Contact Information


Enter the customer's name, address, and phone number


Include email and other relevant contact details


Setting the Business Unit for Government Moves


Identify if the customer is involved in government moves


Set the business unit accordingly
